BoConcept "The Power of One" presents the new Kollektion, a standout piece from the Fall/Winter 2024 collection that has the power to transform space.

What if one item could transform an entire room, or even the way you live? For the Fall/Winter 2024 season, BoConcept hopes to launch furniture based on creativity and craftsmanship in its new season campaign, encouraging consumers to "look at home in a whole new light."
“For Fall/Winter 2024, we are really excited about the diversity of the new collections,” said Claus Ditlev Jensen, collection and visual director. "What these pieces have in common is exquisite craftsmanship and the ability to transform the form and feel of a space."
From the cloud-like Bellagio sofa to the traditional-style Seoul dining chair, BoConcept designers share the inspiration behind their designs and what drives their stand-out expressions.
The 'Cloud Sofa' : Bellagio
New for Fall/Winter 2024, the Bellagio sofa is designed by Anders Nørgaard. "It's a piece that control space," Norgaard said. "If you walk into the room, your eye is drawn to the sofa and then you sit on it."

Besides having an eye-catching appearance, the sofa also provides a tactile experience. “Bellagio looks and feels like sitting comfortably on a cloud,” said designer Anders Nørgaard.

Channel stitching brings a level of sophistication to the design with its clean lines and structured appeal. Details create a visual effect that draws the eye and adds depth, transforming it from the ordinary to the extraordinary. Ditlev Jensen added: “Splicing is on the rise across the industry and we are happy to share our thoughts on it.”
The 'Conversational Table' : Santiago
For Fall/Winter 2024, the popular Santiago collection is expanded with two new products, including a round extendable dining table and sideboard designed by Morten Georgsen.

“The new Santiago table combines a round top with a smoothly curved base and features beautifully bevelled details, creating a simple yet striking design,” says Ditlev Jensen. With a standard diameter of 135 cm, the table can easily accommodate a family meal. When the occasion calls for more space, the cleverly stored extension board in the design allows it to be extended to 181cm, easily accommodating 8 people.

“Round tables are becoming increasingly popular,” says designer Morten Georgsen, “because of the way they are connected, everyone can look at each other and talk.” This creates a natural gathering place for family and friends, while also becoming a focal point for the room’s beautiful design.
Designer Morten Georgsen says: "Because the base is a column rather than a leg, there is nothing in the way." From a more practical point of view, the table takes up relatively little space compared to the number of people sitting around it, and the ceramic top makes it an exceptional piece.
The 'Mid-century Sideboard' : Santiago
Inspired by iconic mid-century design and reminiscent of a Hollywood Hills cocktail party, the Santiago sideboard is a striking entertaining piece. "It embodies a fusion of elegance and modernity, drawing inspiration from traditional Danish craftsmanship," said Ditlev Jensen.

In the 1950s, sideboards often had wooden folding doors, a feature seen in Santiago’s “Stripe.”
“The stripes are so dynamic, and combined with the natural curves, your eye can’t help but be drawn to the piece,” says Ditlev Jensen.

What’s really exciting — and conveys a vintage Pacific Coast vibe — is the self-service bar area, which features a drop-down front, mirrored back panel, and integrated lights that illuminate when opened.

Opting for a luxurious ceramic or wood tabletop enhances the character of the beveled design. This sideboard can be customized to suit a variety of styles, spaces, storage needs and prices, and is available in two sizes.
For Georgeson, the beauty of a work lies in the balance of its forms. “Due to its extremely beautiful proportions, Santiago is a piece that could easily be displayed on its own.” Place a martini glass on top of the ceramic to make its appeal irresistible.
The 'Sculptural Coffee Table' : Tivoli
For centuries, Roman travertine (limestone) has been appreciated as a material that adds an elegant touch to any interior. In this architectural spirit, BoConcept presents Tivoli – a mini coffee table with a Roman travertine (limestone) effect finish.

“Tivoli’s striking design adds a stylish touch to any space, not only because of its beauty but also because it enhances the ambience of any space,” said Ditlev Jensen.

Tivoli deviates from traditional production methods by using artificial materials, which gives the stone its beauty while reducing its weight, making it light and able to be moved around the space at will. Its core is made of concrete, which is then covered with a simulated Roman travertine (limestone) veneer that carefully reproduces the patterns and textures of Roman travertine (limestone).
For Georgeson, creating Tivoli was like making models out of plasticine as a child. “We sculpt from 3D designs in a very free-form way, so it’s a creative process. A lot of the furniture is based on geometric shapes, but these are pieces of art that you can have in your home.
This mini coffee table comes in three different shapes, allowing for versatility and flexibility in design. "Each shape is extremely solid as an individual component," said Ditlev Jensen. "However, when combined together they work together to form a cohesive island."
The 'Heritage Dining Chair' : Seoul
“The Seoul dining chair designed by Henrik Pedersen perfectly embodies the essence of our Danish design tradition,” said Ditlev Jensen.

It is based on simplicity, craftsmanship and high-quality materials, and its clean lines and understated elegance pay homage to the timeless design tradition that has defined generations of Danish design, while remaining contemporary.

“We wanted to create an ‘all night’ chair – one you could sit in and chat all night long – and the challenge was to achieve a sleek, streamlined look without compromising comfort. The shorter armrests help achieve this. The short armrests have a streamlined effect and make it more comfortable to use from a functional point of view,” says Henrik Pedersen.

The choice of upholstery also enhances comfort, while the A-frame and angled legs lend a relaxed design presence. The Seoul chair is available in three colours: natural oak, dark oak and black, each colour of wood having its own unique personality.
“So what does Chairman Seoul bring to this room?”
“Don’t underestimate the impact of a wooden chair. It embodies craftsmanship, seductive curves and the wonderful tactility of wood. It’s like an invitation to come in and experience it,” says Henrik Pedersen.
